Prayer to Our Lady of Fatima for the union of families

Our Lady of Fatima,
tender Mother given to us by God,
you who called the world to prayer, conversion, and penance,
look with mercy upon our families.

Where there is division, sow reconciliation.
Where there is coldness, awaken charity.
Where there is wounded memory, obtain forgiveness.
Where there is confusion, bring the light of truth.
Where there is fear, bring maternal consolation.

Mother of the family of Nazareth,
gather the scattered, heal the offended,
strengthen husbands and wives in fidelity,
guard children in purity and innocence,
comfort the elderly,
and give patience and wisdom to parents.

Teach our homes to pray again.
Teach us to speak with gentleness, to correct with humility, and to love with perseverance.
Remove from our hearts pride, harshness, resentment, and all that divides.

May our families be places of faith, reverence, sacrifice, and peace.
May the Rosary be loved in our homes,
and may Jesus reign in every heart.

Our Lady of Fatima, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary,
unite our families in truth and charity,
and lead us always to your Divine Son.
